Annual options
Essential: $650 USD annually. Professional: $1,250 USD annually. Premium: $1,600 USD annually. Partner: $2,450 USD annually. These are the four annual options presented on this website. Descriptions identify the professional focus of each option; they do not guarantee admission or access to every service.
Eligibility and enrollment
Contact the association with your selected option, professional role and license details if relevant. REALTOR® eligibility, affiliate status and MLS participation are assessed separately under applicable requirements. Do not submit sensitive license documents through the general contact form. Membership is established only after the association confirms eligibility and enrollment.
Services and separate charges
WSGVR offers education, professional networking, professional standards resources and business services. Before payment, request written confirmation of the services included in your selected option. C.A.R., NAR, CRMLS, Supra, event registrations, certifications, rentals and sponsorships are not represented as included in the displayed price unless expressly confirmed.
Period and renewal
The displayed prices are for annual membership. Confirm the exact start and end dates before payment. This website does not enroll you in automatic recurring billing. Renewal requires a separate arrangement and confirmation of the then-applicable amount and terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Send membership cancellation, renewal or refund questions to the contact listed below. Include the member name, selected option and relevant transaction reference, without full payment credentials. Eligibility for any refund is assessed against the terms disclosed and accepted for the transaction and applicable law; no universal refund period is promised.
