Membership requests
To request cancellation or discuss non-renewal, contact the association with your name, membership category and requested effective date. Obtain confirmation of how the request affects your membership, services and any outstanding obligation.
Renewals
The website does not create automatic recurring payment instructions. Annual pricing describes the membership period, not authorization for automatic charges. Any separate recurring arrangement must disclose its amount, interval, cancellation method and effective timing before authorization.
Payments already made
A cancellation request does not automatically reverse previously processed payments. Refund eligibility is reviewed under the applicable membership or transaction terms and the Refund Policy.
Events and other services
For a booked class, event, rental or sponsorship, refer to the specific written confirmation. Contact us before making changes; substitution, rescheduling and refund conditions depend on that arrangement.
